I have been a summer resident at the Jersy Shore forever and a permanent fixture in Bay Head since buying my business property here over 35 years ago. I still own my gift shop The Jolly Tar (now mostly run by my daughter), but I spend most of my time in my second life researching, marketing, buying and selling real estate properties in the area. My expertise seems most directed towards finding the right property in the right location at the right price. In addition to the world of business, I have had a long love affair with history and architecture which is now put to good use in my real estate world----I am the founder of the Bay Head Historical Society, which affords me knowledge and expertise of the many interesting homes in our area, and, in addition to my college degree in business, I attended a special course in architecture at Princeton University, which enhances my appreciation of all the wonderful details in each home being bought or sold. I love houses, but most of all I love matching the right home with the right customer. In addition to buying and selling properties, I also enjoy helping clients design their own home (also their kitchens and baths) and finding properties on which to build or renovate. Other than being the workaholic that I seem to be, I take great pleasure in being with all of my 13 grandchildren and occasionally traveling to interesting places with my husband.
